BYO AND SUPPLIED GARMENTS

BYO supplied garments & apparel are supplied at the customer’s risk.

Whilst print errors are rare, please remember that if a print or production error occurs on BYO apparel, replacement items cannot be sourced by us & will not be reimbursed. If you have concerns regarding BYO apparel, it is suggested that you instead choose items from product range.

 

Product & Colour Disclaimer

Colours may vary, it is important to note that colours may appear different on screen due to computer monitor variances.

Wooden products will vary from item to item as each item is unique, the grain of the wood will also vary adding to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.

We try our best to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, however, please understand the actual colour will generally vary slightly from your monitor.

When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment colour and we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.  Colour variations between batches of prints may vary however we do our best to always maintain our machines to provide the best quality possible.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS


Quote is only valid for 14 days from date of quote and is subject to final submitted artwork.
If we are supplying goods, we require payment in full on placement of order.
Turnaround is 2 weeks from approval of artwork and/or receiving the payment, NOT FROM FIRST CONTACT MADE.
Delays in deposits and/or artwork approvals will result in finish dates being pushed back accordingly.
All stock ordered by All of the Above will remain property of All of the Above until payments have been made.
We reserve the right to change prices according to that of the industry and/or our suppliers without notice.
We do not take any responsibility for goods that are delivered faulty from the suppliers.
Orders placed are at the risk of the client, if the client is unsatisfied with sizes/styles/chosen stock or the client has left placement/print size/ink colours/etc up to us, it is at the risk of the client and All of the Above will take no responsibility. If client approved artwork by SMS , email, or in person , if client is unsatisfied with end product will take no responsibility.
Rush Jobs (under 2 weeks) will incur a surcharge of 25% on top of the total job.
