Outline all Fonts 
Convert all Strokes to objects 
Pantone pms must be applied to the file. all other to be CMYK.
Do not use xustom spot colours . (convert them to pantone pms or CMYK)
Bitmaps 
Some art is impossible to make as vector file. we can replicate up to 900dpi
so the higher resolution you file the better the transfer will look. 
Supply artwork in PNG or PSD format to desired print size.
300dpi and above is best 
supply design on transparent background .
